Nightmares

Nightmare-a terrifying dream in which the dreamer experiences feelings of helplessness, extreme anxiety, sorrow, etc...a condition, thought, or experience suggestive of a nightmare.....(formerly) a monster or evil spirit believed to oppress persons during sleep.

The last part is the only part i can use to describe the horrific nightmares i suffered through last night.

I'm not new to the world of nightmares, I don't honestly think anyone is. I think everyone has experienced nightmares in their childhood, some have just mastered the art of changing their dreams from a bad one to a good one.

I however have not.

Somehow within the last 12-ish hours i have managed to see a Chemical Plant Blow up, my boyfriend fall off a scaffold and die, my brother tortured and beaten for information he couldn't possibly know, my mom burned repeatedly, my best friend kidnapped and presumed dead, my uncle tortured just to piss me off (which it did because that particular uncle has been dead for a few years now).

That was just the first few hours of my torturous, sleepless night.

The second half of my sleepless movement filled night consisted of me sitting tied to a chair with a cloth bag over my head. The bag was removed by someone in a mask, just a regular black mask that covered everything but their eyes, only to see everyone i love and care about tied in chairs in front of me, each accompanied by a ski masked mystery person.

One by one they proceeded to take the bags off of their heads.

One by One i watched as they tortured each person.

Burning them with cigarettes and tasers.

Beating them with chains and bats.

Not the after school special type of dream I was looking for last night. I would have settled for no dreams, anything but what I got.

Today my plans changed, I'm now going to have to make some sort of contact with all of these people just to reassure myself that it was all a dream, that nothing bad happened to any of my loved ones. :/
