Are You Stupid?

Literally talking about mugshots on HLN. "Is death row taking a toll on him?" Are you stupid? depending on the prison most inmates either bulk up, slim down and look the same in the face, maybe a little older but that's it!

In prison inmates get 3 meals a day, at least 1 hr a day out of their cells. They get full medical care, dental care, and contact with the outside world. Some get TV, books, can write to people outside of prison, phone calls etc etc. Are you kidding me?!?

So tell me again how Prison is a punishment? If we were going to punish them then give them nothing. i room with 4 walls and a toilet. Don't let them watch TV, listen to the radio. Limited/approved books, newspapers. Make them work every day till they die to pay for everything. The don't pay for the food they eat, the clothes on their backs, the guards, the medical staff etc. Who pays for all of that? Tax payers. If they die of starvation? So be it. If they get sick? So what? They are there for a reason. They were judged by a group of their peers and found guilty.  To put it lightly, fuck them. I feel no sympathy. I know people who have been to prison, i have friends who have been in prison since we were kids. I don't feel bad for them. They messed up, they made a choice to be a dumb ass and do the things they did.   So why are we all paying with our taxes. We pay all this money to feed them and make sure they get medical attention, what for? We are keeping the men and women who are on death row healthy and alive for what?!?! so that we can kill them in 10 years? that's 10 years worth of taxes we wouldn't have to pay.

Maybe i'm being hateful, or just plain ridiculous but i don't care. I think its ridiculous that we are paying to keep murderers and rapists alive. That we are keeping these sick twisted people alive so that one day if they get released that they can go out and "get a second chance". I dont think murderers and rapist should get second chances. I say once they are found guilty they should just go into another room, say goodbye to their families, and them get strapped down and get the lethal injection. there u go, one less fuck up in this world. one less person we have to keep alive.

I might have just rambled this entire thing but its what came to mind.
